人類為生物能量體之結構，其能量波取決於思想意識之狀態，不同的波幅頻率展現出各種身心靈的境界，目前普遍認知的理論則為腦波型態，較易測得而被引用多為β、α、θ、δ等腦波；因此，從腦波如何分析生物能量，思想意識就具有主導作用，人的主體性與價值性，也就由此得到真實的證明。

由於人類生理組織對思維與行為的必然相關性，腦波當然影響交感神經與副交感神經的作用，更可以區分大腦的左腦與右腦，分別形成理性與感性的取向，影響思想意識的質量與體用，發展成為各種意識型態，主要有社會主義、自由主義與保守主義，這是人生處世態度的基礎，逐漸成為社會科學知識的主要脈絡。

    當代知識的典範則是自然科學的研究方法，然而，科學方法的研究限制，導致必然的誤謬，包括思想方法、假設限制、典範轉移、現實生態等；於是只能釐清人類大腦的結構傾向，形成對外的實質、程序、精神系統，受到後意識系統的調控，對應於社會、保守、自由主義的意識形態，復因理性與感性作用，發展成為自然、社會、人文科學的知識體系，分別應用歸納、演繹、類比與辯證法等思維邏輯。

    各種知識體系皆有意識型態作為基礎，思想意識則影響腦波類型，進而影響身心靈的能量境界，我們循由思想意識分析其發展脈絡，進而建構出生物能量知識如何為真的哲學基礎。

人類對於事物結構的特徵，精鍊出抽象概念作為運思的基礎，而當代理論的建構還必須滿足實證的檢驗，因此從純粹理論建構而言，其根植於自然宇宙萬象的變遷，藉由人類選擇性的知覺，按其屬性與結合法則而抽繹出抽象的概念，有了抽象概念作基礎，人類才能夠進行邏輯思維與選擇判斷；一組具有邏輯關係的概念群組，表現出事物變化的一定關係，這就是法則或定律；法則或定律組群所呈現的事物整體性之發展軌跡，就是模型或理論架構；這些完整的建構，而且又能應用心智能力，使之具有描述、解釋、預測、指導與控制功能，就成為理論，而理論核心就是貫穿這些建構歷程又可以作為完整的解釋基礎；典範可以指導這些研究途徑、建構歷程、應用規則與精鍊理論的依據。復由於人類的認知結構中，從概念、定律、模型、理論、乃至於理論核心與典範，都是心智運作的軌跡，都源於不斷的對「假設」之精鍊，形成一種循環的過程，因而「假設」的作用，實為科學理論建構過程中的核心要素；研究方法即透過量化與質化的方式，如何有效的驗證假設。

    然在實際建構理論的歷程，必須結合理論與實際之整合為基礎，故在科學理論建構歷程中，將透露出知識進步的端倪。從科學普世化的過程來檢視理論的發展，當代科學發展是三位一體的結構，因此在科學理論建構之初，確立問題存在性質之後，從概念間相互關係所淬取的假設，並依循此一假設而設計的實驗條件與環境，為滿足此種實驗情境，不得不在原有概念或概念群組之間，構築出一套邏輯系絡或上位概念，這在實驗成立之後可稱之為定律或法則；隨著這些律則的應用，又必須進一步思考統一這些律則的系絡，模型或理論架構因而呈現出來；而理論架構在普世化過程中，如何銜接相關理論或社會結構，滿足認知的完整或社會意識的認同，以強調其指導與控制功能，於是精鍊出更簡明而貫通的語句或意念，理論的作用亦隨之擴大；由此可知理論建構至少必須經歷二至四層以上的概念精鍊或邏輯整合之方式，始得完成。當然從中可真實發現思維在其中所產生的轉化與形式化作用，於是亙古至今，宗教、哲學與科學無不對此感到好奇而展開研究，從而開啟知識發展之鑰。

    隨著知識的積累，人類不斷地省思知識的方法與型態，無論是理性論、經驗論、實在論、懷疑論、以及經由這些途徑所密切相關的唯心論、唯物論或唯我論等型態，乃至於當代科學哲學的興起，以及詮釋學派、溝通學派與結構主義的研究論點，這些都不由得使我們必須嘗試著瞭解人類認識的共同基礎與架構，皆須展開於知識建構與科際整合的基本架構。

The different amplitude frequency presents all kinds of body and soul’s realm. Recently, the generally-recognized theory is assumed as brainwave patterns, which is easily censored and quoted as , and etc. Therefore, how to analyze bioenergetics from brainwaves is on the basis of consciousness; in addition, human beings’ subjectivity and multivalency can be approved precisely. Owing to the inevitable correlation between human’s physiological organization toward thinking and behaviors, brainwaves definitely influence sympathetic and parasympathetic functions, which is able to be divided into left brain and right brain as well as transformed into sense and sensibility; bedsides, effecting conscious quality and application to develop all sorts of ideologies, including socialism, liberalism, and conservatism. This is the foundation of human beings’ living attitudes, which is going to become the main context of social science knowledge. Contemporarily, the model of the knowledge is the research methods of natural science; however, the research limitation of science methods leads to the absolutely absurd mistake, including thinking methods, hypotheses limitations, model metastases, eco reality, and so on. Hence, clarifying the structure tendency of human’s brain, formed into the outward essence, program, and spirit system, is controlled by post consciousness system. In order to be correspondent to the ideology of socialism, conservatism, and liberalism with the function of sense and sensibility, the model will develop the knowledge system of natural science, social science, and humanities, which is applied to thinking logic of induction, interpretation, analogy, dialectical, and etc. Any kinds of knowledge system is inclusive of foundation of ideology; yet, the consciousness influences on brainwave types and goes on energy realm of body and soul. We develop the context according to the analyses of the consciousness in addition to constructing how bioenergetic knowledge can be the true philosophical foundation. Human’s feature on the structure of things refines the abstraction as the foundation of thinking operation; nevertheless, the construction of contemporary theory is required to meet the positive test. Thus, as far as the construction of the pure theory is concerned, the root is on the basis of the changing from the natural universe Vientiane.Through the perception consciousness chosen by human beings with its attributes and combined techniques in addition to expounding the abstraction as the foundation, human can go on the logic thinking and the decision making. A concept group with logic presents the certain relationship of things’ changing, which is called a law or a rule; besides, a group with a law reveals the developmental path of the thing integrity, which is meant for a model or a theory construction; accordingly, those complete construction can apply to mental abilities with description, explanation, prediction, guidance, and control function, which is made of a theory. In a word, the theory core is the key to go through the process of the construction and the complete basis of the explanation. The model can guide in accordance with research paths, construction processes, application rules, and the refining theory. Consequently, owing to human’s cognitive structure from a concept, law, mode, and theory to theory core and model, they are the track of mental operation, coming from the refining hypotheses and forming into a process of cycle. The function of hypotheses is the core elements of scientific theory on the process of the construction; as a result, by means of quantization and qualitative, the research method verifies hypothesis effectively. Even so, on the progress of the constructive theory, we have to connect with the integrity of theory and practice as a foundation; however, on the constructing progress of science theory, some clues will be shown up. The development of theory is viewed through the procedure of science universalization; it is proven that science development is the structure of trinity. Therefore, in the beginning of constructing science theory, the hypothesis is extracted by the interrelationship of several concepts after making sure the question to the presence of nature; besides, to follow such a hypothesis and to design the experimental conditions and environment are to meet this experimental situation; yet, we can’t help but construct a set of logic context or superordinate concept among the original concept or concept groups, which is called a law or a rule after experimental set- up. With the coming of the application of those rules or laws, their networks are required to get closer to the thinking integrity ; then, the model or theory architecture will be presented. In the universalizing process of the theoretical framework, how to connect the related theories with the social structure is to satisfy the cognitive integrity and the recognition of social consciousness in order to emphasize on the function of guidance and control; consequently, more concise and perforated sentences or ideas are refined as well as the function of theory is also growing up with them. Thus, it can be seen that the theory construction has to get through the way of refining concept or integrating logic for twice or four times. Absolutely, the truly discovered thinking will produce the function between transformation and formalization; accordingly, since time immemorial, scholars in the field of religion, philosophy, and science have been interested in it and started to do research, then turning on the key of the knowledge development. With the accumulation of the knowledge, people keep introspecting methods and patterns, no matter which field of Rationalism, Empiricism, Realism, or Skepticism as well as what are closely related through those patterns, including Idealism, Materialism, Solipsism, and son on; as for the rising of contemporary scientific philosophy in addition to the research thesis about the Interpretation school, school of Communication, and Structuralism, we are made to try to realize that the generally comprehensive common ground and architecture are required to spread to the basic architecture of the knowledge construction and the interdisciplinary integration.
